I started in Hotel Chocolat as Assistant Manager of London Bridge in April 2014. In January 2016 I became the Store Manager and had the privilege to open our brand new store relocated in the new section of the station in October 2016. I have always had a passion for chocolate. What impresses me most about the company is the drive for ethical chocolate and giving customers the best quality products
