Parisians love them with a passion. Now we covet them, recreating iconic macarons in chocolate. A layer of light as air 60% hazelnut praline nestled between 40% milk discs. Other milk chocolates stop short of our higher cocoa starting point. Punctuated with praline lavished with hazelnuts and a nibbly caramel crunch, the perfect gift - for tea time, or anytime.
