Authenticity always tastes better, so we use real pineapple in this recipe, inspired by the classic tropical tipple, the piña colada. To tame the pineapple tang and create a caramelised finish, we meld it with molasses, before mellowing it with our malty caramel-milk chocolate.

As this is a limited-edition recipe for the summer months, we recommend pouring your Caramelised Pineapple drinking chocolate over iced milk for a cooling refresher to sip in the sun (palm trees optional).
