We then added a creamy layer of tart blackcurrant blended with real whipping cream to form a silky-smooth ganache, a satisfying taste and texture contrast to the tangy compote.

But we didn't stop there. To seal in those exquisite berry notes, we topped it all with a solid blackcurrant chocolate cap, to which we added natural pops of colour reminiscent of ripe and ready to-pick blackcurrants. All three layers come served in a 70% dark chocolate cup, carefully selected to balance the bold bursts of berry.
