There’s something special going on at your local Hotel Chocolat store: once we’re opening our doors after hours and inviting just 10 guests in for an exclusive secret tasting.

Welcome to a Chocolate Lock-In! As one of just 10* VIP attendees, you’ll be greeted with a glass of Prosecco before mingling with other guests over a chocolate tasting, sometimes with a pairing – it could be anything from red wine to cocoa gin or even a herbal infusion with cocoa shells.

The store team will be on hand to answer your questions during the 45-minute event, as well as giving you your Secret Cards, which entitle you to your £10 ticket price back off anything you purchase on the night. If you’re lucky, the team may have a little something extra waiting in the wings for you as well – but you’ll have to come along to find out what it could be…

  • Included: Prosecco on arrival, five chocolates each to taste, £10 ticket price reimbursed on any purchases made on the night, a mystery envelope each…
