We’ve taken the timeless combination of creamy cashews and smooth milk chocolate and come up with a chocolate creation that will tantalise the senses.
We take our naturally creamy cashews and grind them into a perfectly smooth praline - but this is no ordinary praline. We have put our own twist on the early 18th Century French culinary technique, by using very slightly salty cashews to strike a perfect flavour balance. The flavour of the sweet nutty praline is tempered by the mild saltiness of the cashews. This is enrobed in a thick shell of our caramel milk chocolate and finished off with a sprinkling of delicately chopped cashews embedded in the 40% cocoa chocolate coating. This adds the all important crunch that nut-lovers crave.
The result is a wholly-balanced slightly-salty nutty crunch alongside smooth silky milk chocolate - you’ll have to exercise exceptional willpower to resist dipping your hand back in for another!
