Our artisan florentines are made with honey, butter caramel and roasted almonds for a rich, nutty flavour. Although their name suggests they originate from Florence, an Italian province, legend has it that they are actually of French origin, made in the Palace of Versailles for King Louis XIV. Although their birthplace remains obscure, one thing remains certain - their decadent taste makes them irresistible!

To add to the decadence of this allegedly regal treat, we’ve opted for a smooth praline base, made with hazelnuts for a mellow flavour. But, we didn’t stop there: we’ve encased our Florentine Isabelle Selector in 50% milk chocolate. Keeping the cocoa content high ensures this opulent selector is fit not just for royalty, but for the Gods - our 50% milk chocolate lets all the deep, fruity notes of the cocoa bean run through this selector, resulting in a premium product from the inside-out.
