Although we were advised not to, we decided to break the Easter mould and make our eggshells as thick as possible. Years down the line, we’re still rather pleased with our opulent designs and are particularly taken by this Patisserie egg. With one half made from rich 50% milk chocolate and pecan praline, it emulates the indulgent flavours of a chocolate brownie. And if you prefer your chocolate a little lighter, the other half consists of caramel-milk chocolate and mascarpone, reminiscent of a sumptuous salted caramel cheesecake.
If that isn’t enough, once you crack this glorious creation open (it might take a little more force than the standard Easter egg), you’ll find delicious treasures nestled inside. From smooth caramel and gooey fudge to crisp pieces of meringue and tart fruity notes, our patisserie chocolates offer something for everyone. Perhaps you’ll enjoy the buttery toffee elements of our Treacle Tart or the spiced walnut praline of our Carrot Cake.
