They’re suitable for vegans! Now we’ve created our sublime Nutmilk, we can make even creamier vegan chocolate — the world of chocolate has been changed forever!
How do we make our Nutmilk? Well, instead of cow’s milk, we use hazelnut milk to create a 45% cocoa chocolate. After trying out a few different recipes, we found that hazelnut creates the best texture for chocolate and adds a very subtle hazelnut taste to the end result.
After trying it, you’ll never feel like you’re missing out on dairy milk chocolate again. Creamy. Smooth. A hint of hazelnut. In our humble opinion, we’ve really outdone ourselves with this one. Pour a glass of wine, cup of tea or soothing hot chocolate and just… relax.
