The ideal Easter gift for vegans* or those following a plant-powered lifestyle, our Unbelievably Vegan Extra-Thick Easter Egg is made from creamy 45% Nutmilk and comes with a generous selection of vegan-friendly* truffles, pralines and caramels.
We set our chocolatiers the task of looking far beyond the typical Easter egg format. And they certainly rose to the challenge, sculpting marvellously chunky shells with a supremely satisfying snap. And while we’re sure that this creation would be the envy of any Easter egg hunt (for vegans or otherwise), our Extra-Thick Eggs were made to be marvelled at, rather than tucked away...
Both sides are cast in vegan-friendly* 45% Nutmilk. Made with finely milled hazelnuts instead of milk, Nutmilk has all the creaminess and chocolatey depth you’d expect from one of our milk chocolate recipes. Within the egg itself, you’ll find a selection of vegan-friendly* filled chocolates. Think smooth Gianduja, zingy Raspberry, malty Salted Caramel and more. All alcohol-free.
For 2025, we’re excited to unveil that it now comes encased in a brand-new eggshell made entirely from paper pulp and inspired by the shape of a cacao pod. Cacao is at the heart of the paper sleeve and menu, too – the subtle speckles you’ll see on the paper are in fact recycled cacao bean husks. Completely plastic-free, your egg’s new packaging is biodegradable, compostable and 100% recyclable.
*We believe our dark and Nutmilk chocolate is suitable for vegans, however as it is made in the same environment as our milk chocolate, we cannot guarantee it is free from milk
