A chocolatier’s take on the original set custard dessert, each of these mini eggs contain vanilla ganache that’s luxuriantly creamy, with a satin-smooth texture. And those speckles you see? Real vanilla seeds, all the better to capture the delicate notes of an authentic panna cotta (without the wobble).
Chocolate and vanilla make perfect partners. Which is why these mini Easter eggs are encased in 40% milk chocolate. Mellow, creamy and crowd-pleasing, our milk chocolate is deeply satisfying. We only ever use a minimum of 40% cacao solids in our house milk to keep it full of those intricate cacao notes.
