Cocoa and beer is a match made in heaven. Our distinctive small-batch beer is a complex, rounded ale with delicious notes of tobacco, cocoa, and coffee. We’re rather proud of it, and were delighted to see it win a prestigious Great Taste Award. We’re also pleased to unveil our latest creation: cocoa pale ale.

2) CHOCOLATE FOR DAD

It wouldn’t be a blog post from Hotel Chocolat without mentioning our brilliant range of Father’s Day chocolates. Nothing says Father’s Day like a fine glass of port, and luckily we have a few to chose from. Our Tawny Port has been carefully selected to complement our milk chocolate. 4) DINNER, WITH A TWIST
Join us for a meal at our award-winning restaurants. Ten years ago, the founders of Hotel Chocolat bought an old cacao estate in the Caribbean called Rabot. The cacao and the Saint Lucian culture were the inspiration for our innovative menu. Firm favourites include gin-cured salmon, 9-hour braised lamb shoulder, market fish with creole-cacao spice, and of course, our famous white chocolate mash. Plus we’re offering a special Father’s Day brunch menu at Roast+Conch in Leeds on Sunday 21st June.

Don’t forget to top it off with one of our unique cocktails. We recommend the rum sour, made using authentic Saint Lucian rum.

5) THE OLD FOSSIL

A perfect light-hearted gift this Father’s Day. Our smooth 40% milk chocolate, cast in the shape of a fossilised shell from the dinosaur era. Remind you of anyone?
