The beer
Our distinctive English small-batch beer is brewed with cocoa pulp and infused with tropical fruit accents for a refreshing, original ale with a malty edge.
The pairings
Expertly selected to complement his brew: 40% Milk Puddles, Cocoa Beer Selector, Gianduja Bombe Selector, Cocoa Nib Caramelised Almonds and Hazelnuts, 70% Dark Chocolate Slab, Milk 50% with Dark Cookies Nano Slab, Salted Caramel Nano Slab.

Ingredients: cocoa solids (cocoa mass, cocoa butter), sugar, full cream MILK powder, ALMOND NUTS, HAZELNUT paste, HAZELNUTS, cocoa beer*(from BARLEY), cocoa nibs, neutral alcohol, glucose syrup, cream (from MILK), cocoa biscuit (wheat flour (WHEAT flour, calcium, iron, niacin, thiamin), sugar, vegetable oils (palm, rapeseed), cocoa powder, malt blend (glucose syrup, BARLEY syrup, malt extract (from BARLEY)), raising agents (sodium bicarbonate, tartaric acid), salt, flavouring), butter oil (from MILK), stabiliser (sorbitol), caramelised sugar, emulsifier (SOYA lecithin), organic cocoa powder, honey, concentrated whey (from MILK), flavourings, salt, skimmed MILK powder, sea salt, MILK protein, natural colours (annatto, carotene).
Cocoa Pale Ale (from BARLEY) - 4.9% vol / 500ml
