We’ve used 50% milk chocolate to give this Chocolate Wreath a wonderfully mellow yet deep flavour, with an astonishingly creamy and melty texture. We use a much higher cocoa content than most, and we’ve upped it even more here, resulting in an extra rich and indulgent taste.

Studded with nibbly cookies and caramelised-almond florentines for that incredible bite, this wreath is perfect to leave out for Santa - after all, he’s probably a bit bored of milk and biscuits!
