Our Supermilk formula perfectly complements the nutty, spicy quality of these Nicaraguan beans. Nicaragua chocolate was first created by our chocolatiers to go into a BAFTA dessert. Our in-house Cocoa Roaster wanted a flavour profile that could hold its own against other ingredients and even baking. The result? A Supermilk with attitude.
Where it all began
In 2015 Supermilk broke the traditional milk chocolate mould. Our starting point was a revolutionary mix of 65% pure cacao, a splash of milk and less sugar than a typical dark chocolate. Now Nicaragua 76% Supermilk chocolate pushes that high-cacao boundary even further.
