Our Florentines are made with honey, butter caramel and roasted almonds. Don’t go looking for them in Tuscany: they were probably invented in the late 17th century kitchens of French royals for their Italian in-laws.
Our aim for this chocolate was to capture the flavours of Autumn. We created our own high cocoa caramel to blend with roasted hazelnuts in this smooth praline. When paired with the crisp Florentine top, it creates the perfect balance of flavours and texture.
