After years of happiness research, one thing has proved fundamental – the importance of our connections with other people. We want people to connect with those who make them happy, tell us why and, more than anything, make someone smile – it's all about 100% happiness.

So, every three months we will be giving away a Sleekster Selection to those who tell us what makes them happy.

To be in with a chance of winning, simple tag @hotelchocolat on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter, use #HCHappy and simply tell us what makes you happy! It could be a photo or just a name, a pet or a fun place, a memory or even just your most-loved chocolate. We'll pick our favourite entry each month.

This competition is a rolling competition, whereby a winner will be picked every 3 months at the end of the following months January/April/July/October.

Prize is a Sleekster selection box of the winners choosing, dependant on stock availability.

Entry conditions: Tag @hotelchocolat on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter use #HotelChocolatThanks or #ThankYou and include a picture of your Hotel Chocolat product or gift.

One winner will be selected at random and will include all entries from each of the social media platforms listed. Hotel Chocolat will contact the winner via the social media platform they entered.

No cash alternative for the competition prize. Hotel Chocolat reserves the right to cancel this competition at any stage or to change the prize for one of similar value should it be reasonably necessary to do so. Entries must be 18 and over, and have a UK mailing address.
