You know it’s summer when Eton Mess is on the menu! An iconic mix of strawberries, cream and meringue; this beautifully simple dessert is said to have originated from Eton College at the end of the 19th Century, when an over-excited dog knocked over a meringue dessert at a picnic. Whatever the history, this delightful summer pudding has stood the test of time and is now a firm British favourite. 

We paid homage to the famous British dessert by creating our own version - by adding our own unique twist of extra crunch whilst ensuring it remains true to its heritage! We took strawberry-vanilla swirled white chocolate, scattered cocoa biscuits throughout and sprinkled the top with perfect pieces of crunchy meringue and tangy real strawberry. Our 36% cocoa butter white chocolate offers a creamy, vanilla flavour enhanced by the addition of strawberry. We’re proud that our products contain nothing artificial, ever, and this is no exception!
