I'm a fan of cooking, so our cookbook, A New Way of Cooking with Chocolate, was a must for me - and wow are the recipes amazing!

The Patisserie Sleekster is my favourite - I love the cheesecakes and the Fudge Sundae! It's such a great treat to have after dinner, or curl up with on a cosy night in.

45% Nutmilk. Outrageously creamy. Made with finely milled hazelnuts instead of milk. Five years in the making. Worth every obsessive second.
