I joined Hotel Chocolat many years ago now as a temp in the call centre and was pleased to be invited to stay on permanently. At that time, the business didn't have its own dedicated IT department and after showing an interest in this area, I soon found myself dealing with the day-to-day support of the network and computers at Head Office, as well as administering the website.

We do now have an IT Department, and I manage the IT Support team. We look after all areas of the business across multiple sites including St. Lucia - (although I'm still waiting for the onsite visit there).

The job is very challenging and everyday is different which keeps things interesting. It also helps that we have a great team with strong camaraderie. It has been exciting watching the business grow over the years and being a part of it. I look forward to the many challenges and successes that lie ahead.
