The slightly-sour cherry nestles in a silky smooth white truffle which tempers the zesty notes of the dark red fruit with a touch of sweetness, but without overpowering with flavour. We thought the white truffle was the best way to emulate a drizzling of double cream over a black forest gateau.

To finish, our dark 70% chocolate encases the sweet and tangy truffle, melting slowly in the mouth to give a backdrop of rich cocoa, adding a rounded flavour to the experience. In fact, the cherry brings out the red fruit notes of the cocoa in our dark, complementing the flavour wonderfully.
