We’ve refined our own recipe to produce a sophisticated salted caramel that bursts with mellow caramel flavours, enhanced by the hint of natural sea salt. We chose our 70% cocoa dark chocolate for its deep flavours, understanding that the touch of sea salt would accentuate these, whilst mellowing any bitter hues. Each little mouthful contains a perfect caramel to chocolate ratio of 1:1.
