Caramel Kiss Pots - A great Romantic chocolate dessert recipe

A silky smooth dessert with mingling caramel and chocolate flavors that will take you to your chocolate bliss point again and again... A perfect ending to a romantic meal.

Serves: 2

Ingredients

  • 5.5 oz Liquid Chocolat Kiss Mix
  • 1fl oz Half and half
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 3fl oz Whipped Cream (optional)

Stove top
  • Mix the Liquid Chocolat Kiss Mix and the cream in a heatproof bowl. Gently heat the bowl over a pan of boiling water (double-boiler), stirring occasionally until it has melted into a smooth mixture. Stir in the vanilla
  • Pour into small bowls or ramekins, cover and refrigerate until set. Best enjoyed with a dollop of whipped cream.


Stove top

  • Mix all of the Liquid Chocolat Kiss Mix and cream in a microwave-proof bowl and microwave on high for one minute. Stir and, if necessary, heat again for 15 seconds until it has melted into a smooth mixture. Stir in the vanilla.
  • Pour into small bowls or ramekins, cover and refrigerate until set. Best enjoyed with a dollop of whipped cream.

Serving Suggestions

Place one crèpe round in the center of a small plate. Top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, carefully stud sprinkle with berries, then cover with another crèpe and repeat. Top with a third crèpe and serve to gasps of amazement.
