The Alto El Sol plantation is buried deep in the rainforest of central Peru and run by the Saavedra del Castillo family, who really know how to nurture great Criollo cocoa. An elegant and fruity dark chocolate with a clean delivery and flavors of red berries, raisins, vanilla and coconut. Lightly acidic with floral notes.
