1.1 Bidding on the Hotel Chocolat and The Chocolate Tasting Club brand names, brand name misspellings or similar variations as keywords or search terms for the purposes of pay per click advertising on search engines and the Google content network is not permitted.
1.2 Using the Hotel Chocolat and The Chocolate Tasting Club brand names, brand name misspellings or similar variations within the display URL on pay per click advertising on search engines is strictly prohibited.
1.3 Using the Hotel Chocolat and The Chocolate Tasting Club brand names, brand name misspellings or similar variations within the ad title or ad copy is strictly prohibited.
1.4 Affiliate sites are strictly prohibited from framing and copying any pages from the Hotel Chocolat and The Chocolate Tasting Club websites.
1.5 Affiliates participating in any 3rd party advertising must consult Hotel Chocolat about the details of their advertising for approval prior to going live.
2. Domain Name Infringement
2.1 Using the Hotel Chocolat and The Chocolate Tasting Club brand names, brand name misspellings or similar variations in any domain names before the third forward slash is not permitted. For example:

3. Sanctions for Non Compliant Affiliates
3.1 Hotel Chocolat and The Chocolate Tasting Club reserve the right to remove any non compliant affiliates from the program immediately as well as withholding or recovering any compensation for transactions not in compliance with the terms and conditions listed above.
