Our Tasting Room

Our gorgeous Tasting Room is an intimate setting for extraordinary by-appointment chocolate tasting and cocoa discovery experiences.  As a cocoa grower we are uniquely able to share our passion and cocoa knowledge with our guests, as well as chocolate made from rare cocoa varieties.

Each tasting experience is $50/person and will last 60-90 minutes and include:

1. How to taste chocolate
2. An exploration of where chocolate comes from
3. How to spot a good chocolate
4. Why different types of chocolate taste different
5. A bit of chocolate history
6. Goody bag ($25 minimum value – included with non-wine tastings only)
7. Possible chocolate and wine pairings (compliments of L’Espalier) if that’s your thing
8. And so much more…

3 easy steps to making a reservation for Hotel Chocolat’s Tasting Room

Step 1:
Complete an appointment request form – either online or in-store.

Step 2:
A team member will call to discuss the details of your appointment and collect your credit card details for a non-refundable deposit required to confirm your reservation.

Step 3:
Arrive about 15 minutes before your tasting appointment to properly “check in” to Hotel Chocolat and to prepare for an hour plus of indulgent pure chocolate bliss!
